Return Policy
To request a return, please contact us at justforyou.bc@gmail.com.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If your return request is approved, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
